prize for *Crazy4Dragons for winning the water element portion of the elements contest over at #Dragons-And-Wolves 
this is her water dragon in human form. i added in the dragon in it's actual form as well
i love curly hair like this - is such a pain to draw/color, but it looks so pretty
also had fun applying the different scales 
originally she was going to be more of a mermaid - mostly human, with scales. but i decided to bring the color to her upper body and face. i'm glad i did (even if there is a TON of blue in this image lol)

drawing: can't remember - maybe around 3 hours coloring: 7 hours
